Due to the nature of digital products and online courses — which are delivered electronically and accessible immediately upon purchase — all sales are generally final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Once a digital product has been downloaded or an online course has been accessed, we are unable to verify that the content has not been used or retained.
Digital downloads
This includes e-books, templates, design files, printables, and any other downloadable content.

This applies to any course, workshop, tutorial series, or membership program delivered via our platform.

We strongly encourage you to review all free previews, sample pages, and course outlines before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs.
Exceptional circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following cases:
- A technical error on our end prevented you from accessing the product.
- You were charged more than once for the same item.
- The product description was materially inaccurate or misleading.
Approved exceptions will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
What is not covered
- Change of mind or no longer wanting the product.
- Purchasing the wrong product by mistake.
- Incompatibility with your device or software (please check requirements before buying).
- Failure to use the product within a specific time frame.
- Dissatisfaction with the results or outcome of applying the content.
